Drop a Dress Size in 7 Days Diet
What would you say if someone told you it was possible to drop a dress size and get a flatter tummy without counting calories, spending hours on the treadmill or resorting to unhealthy faddy eating?
That is exactly what a new eating programme promises - but does it really work?
Personal trainer Robert Brennan has devised the Evolution Total Transformation programme - and he claims the average weight loss for 28 days is 15lbs.

Personal trainer Robert Brennan has devised the Evolution Total Transformation programme, which promises to help you shift the pounds without being deprived of delicious foods
With Evolution, you either pick a 10 day programme or a 28 day programme, which consist of three chef prepared meals per day (all gluten and dairy-free), plus one large salad/veg box, which can be eaten all at once or grazed as required over the day and one snack.
FEMAIL writer Bianca London, 26, from London, put the 10 day programme to the test ahead of a beach holiday because she felt she perfectly embodied the customer Brennan is hoping to target and the average weightloss is, he said, 8lbs.
Speaking about the inspiration behind his programme, Robert said: 'Many people are too busy, stressed and tired to have the time and inclination to make healthy food all the time.
'Perhaps they can manage a salad occasionally but often people are grabbing a sandwich, or takeaway, junk food or even not eating at all if they can't get what they want.
'I wanted it to be as easy as possible.'
Like many of personal trainer Brennan's clients (who he created the programme for), time poor Bianca would always grab a bagel for breakfast on the way into work, lunch would be something healthier from Whole Foods and she would eat out for dinner most nights.
FEMAIL's Bianca put the 10 day programme to the test ahead of a beach holiday - becase she felt she perfectly embodied the customer Brennan is hoping to target
'I wish I had time to cook fresh, healthy food but my lifestyle doesn't allow it so this programme seemed perfect,' she said. 'It didn't sound like a quick fix but more of a lifestyle overhaul and the reboot I needed to get my diet back on track.'
The food was delivered twice in the week in conveniently labelled packages - all Bianca had to do was eat it fresh or add some ingredients to a pan for no more than ten minutes.
Breakfast options were extremely varied - and filling. There was roasted salmon and hard boiled eggs served with gluten free oatcakes one day, fresh avocado and cherry tomatoes mixed with chopped hardboiled eggs and served with gluten free oatcakes the next and a weekend treat was American style pancakes made from coconut flour and ground almonds served with a maple and raspberry sauce.
For lunch there was chicken satay pieces with brown basmati rice, raw cashews, broccoli and a hint of spring onion or spicy sweet potato falafel served with quinoa, chopped carrot, cucumber and tomato salad.
'There was also a daily salad available but I found it had often gone soggy or the avocado had browned so I had to buy my own but I let Rob know as he was very open to feedback,' notes Bianca.
'What I did love were the snacks, which were ideal for the 3pm slump that leaves me reaching for something sweet. The healthy brownies with 100 per cent raw cacao, dates, eggs and a hint of orange were literally the best thing I have ever tasted, whilst mixed crunchy nuts, spiced, and held together with a tiny amount of maple syrup hit the spot, too.'
Dinners were really filling and Bianca's favourite dishes included thick and creamy curry, with coconut, chicken and aromatic herbs and spices and lamb ragu with lentils served with courgette and carrot batons.
'I am a total bread fiend,' admits Bianca. 'So the lack of wheat in the programme really made the difference for me - and I didn't really miss it or feel hungry at all.'
Speaking about his decision to offer a gluten-free programme, Brennan said: 'Whilst I am not against the consumption of dairy produce or wheat, it is surprising how many people are intolerant to one or both of these food types and will feel far better, less bloated and lose weight by cutting them out. So I have made all of the food wheat / gluten and dairy free. It is certainly not a starvation diet.'
None of the food contains added sugar as Brennan believes that sugar is one of the main culprits in the rising global obesity epidemic.
Plus, all of the food is cooked in coconut oil as this is the most stable of all cooking oils (it does not degenerate and break down into a trans fat at high cooking temperatures).

Dinner options included lamb ragu with lentils served with courgette and carrot batons, left, and a weekend treat was American style pancakes made from coconut flour and ground almonds served with a maple and raspberry sauce, right
Coconut oil is also believed to have many other health benefits such as improving insulin sensitivity, boosting immunity and boosting the metabolism.
Hoping to give his food programmes more of an edge - and tap into the current trend for superfoods - he then looked for natural supplements that complemented a healthy and clean diet.
Brennan decided to use a combination of herbal supplements designed to optimise health, cleanse the body and burn fat, as well as liquid chlorophyll for its high vitamin and mineral content and detoxifying effect.
The verdict? Without doing a single session of exercise before her holiday, Bianca dropped a dress size in ten days and felt lighter, healthier and happier.
She concluded: 'Whilst I couldn't get the programme as a permanent fixture, because it costs £349 for a ten day programme, it has definitely reeducated me on healthy foods.
'I would recommend trying the ten day programme and then taking inspiration from it to continue the lifestyle yourself.'
